Your favorite Syracuse lash artist! My name is Ciara, I’m a NYS licensed esthetician with 5 years lashing experience. I opened our city’s very first lash supply boutique in 2024. I specialize in colored lashes, but have lashes on hand for any and every occasion! I have taken multiple courses on retention, allergies, and styling. Cancellation Policy
By policy I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time. No-shows will be charged 99% of the service cost.
